Q: What was the most challenging moment during the competition? Q: How do you feel about winning? Winning this award is a great success and a milestone in my career. It has also boosted my confidence and taught me that you should always aim high. I am really excited about going to Korea for the final next year and have already started my training. My dream is to become a Chef de Cuisine and to keep on expanding my knowledge about preparing and cooking food.
