Wasabi

WASABI-O
Wasabi, originally Wasabia japonica or Eutrema japonica, is a member of the Brassicaceae family, which includes cabbage, horseradish, and mustard.  The enlightenment of Chef Walter Lee in the early 90’s on wasabi’s anti-bacterial properties, on top of its superior flavor profile as a condiment, coupled with the discovery that most of the so-called “wasabi” that was consumed globally, actually contains NO wasabi in them AT ALL, prompted the culinary perfectionistic chef to embark on journey to create a line of “REAL WASABI” products for the world.  His objective is so the food lovers worldwide would now be able to enjoy the great taste of “REAL WASABI” together with the incredible medicinal properties that naturally comes with it.  Hence, the birth of “WASABI-O”.
