It is an honor to share in this medium and Training Center School Sarcos Arturo Villena, in the City of Turmero Aragua State in Venezuela. Its goals to reach all somehow share the same reality to do something for our planet and as a chef instructor and student; I appreciate your invitation to show the value of the green. I live in a society not too consuming of vegetables and plants, but from a year ago Coccina taught to level, we teach that good nutrition is an essential part of our business. We have committed ourselves not only in learning to feed, we have a commitment to society and the planet in order to balance all living things and the food chain.
