WHAT IS FAST TRACK CERTIFICATION?

Fast Track Certification allows qualified candidates to become automatically eligible for the Worldchefs Global Culinary Certification. In just a few simple steps, candidates can make their existing qualifications go global!

There are a number of paths to the fast track route, but to be eligible applicants must hold a ‘qualifying certificate’, meet the conditions outlined for each level, and pay the application fee. That’s it!

Worldchefs Certified Master Chef (WCMC)

1. Achievement of Michelin star(s)
Applicants must be working as the executive chef in the establishment which holds the Michelin star(s) at the time of application.

2. Achievement of ACF Certified Master Chef® - CMC®
Applicants must be working as an executive chef or equivalent at the time of application.

3. Achievement of the Worldchefs Global Master Chefs Certification
Applicants must be working in the industry when applying and will need to provide details of their current employment. Holders of the Worldchefs Global Master Chefs certification are advised to contact Worldchefs to find out about the special rate they are eligible for.

Worldchefs Certified Master Pastry Chef (WCMPC)

1. Achievement of American Culinary Federation Certified Master Pastry Chef® - CMPC®
Applicants must be working as a head pastry chef, executive pastry chef, or equivalent at the time of application.

Worldchefs Certified Executive Chef (WCEC)

1. Achievement of the American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef® - CEC®
Applicants must be working as an executive chef or equivalent, at the time of application.

Application fee: 300 €

Worldchefs Certified Chef de Cuisine (WCCC)

1. Achievement of the American Culinary Federation Certified Chef de Cuisine® - CCC®
Applicants must be working at or above the level they have been certified for, at the time of application.

Application fee: 250 €

Worldchefs Certified Pastry Chef (WCPC)

1. Achievement of the American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Pastry Culinarian® - CEPC®
Applicants must be working as an executive chef or equivalent, at the time of application.

Application fee: 250 €

Worldchefs Certified Sous Chef (WCSC)

1. Achievement of the American Culinary Federation Certified Sous Chef® - CSC®
Applicants must be working at or above the level they have been certified for, at the time of application.

Worldchefs Certified Chef de Partie (WCCP)

1. Achievement of one of the following:
Applicants must be working at or above the level they have been certified for, at the time of application.

Berjaya Higher Education, Malaysia - Diploma in Food Cookery and Preparation Culinary Arts . Must have graduated since October 2013.

College of Tourism & Hotel Management, Pakistan - Certificate in Professional Baking, Graduate Diploma in lnternational Culinary Arts. Must have graduated since August 2014.

1. Successful completion of the relevant program from one of the following Fast Track partners (click FAST TRACK CERITIFED PROGRAMS below for specific program details):
