ELIGIBILITY FOR FAST TRACK CERTIFICATION

Fast track certification allows qualified candidates to become automatically eligible for the Worldchefs Global Culinary Certification. In just a few simple steps, candidates can make their existing qualifications go global!

There are a number of paths to the fast track route, but to be eligible applicants must hold a ‘qualifying certificate’, meet the conditions outlined for each level, and pay the application fee. That’s it!

QUALIFYING CERTIFICATES - ABOUT

CERTIFIED MASTER CHEF LEVEL

1. Achievement of Michelin star(s)

Condition
Applicants must be working as the executive chef in the establishment which holds the Michelin star(s) at the time of application.

2. Achievement of ACF Certified Master Chef® - CMC®

Condition
Applicants must be working as an executive chef or equivalent at the time of application.

3. Achievement of the WACS Global Master Chefs certification

Condition
Applicants must be working in the industry when applying and will need to provide details of their current employment.

CERTIFIED MASTER PASTRY CHEF LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Master Pastry Chef® - CMPC®

Condition
Applicants must be working as a head pastry chef, executive pastry chef, or equivalent at the time of application.

CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE CHEF LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Executive Chef® - CEC®

Condition
Applicants must be working as an executive chef or equivalent, at the time of application.

CERTIFIED PASTRY LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Executive Pastry Culinarian® - CEPC®

Condition
Applicants must be working as an executive chef or equivalent, at the time of application.

CERTIFIED CHEF DE CUISINE LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Chef de Cuisine® - CCC®

Condition
Applicants must be working at or above the level they have been certified for, at the time of application.

CERTIFIED SOUS CHEF LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Sous Chef® - CSC®

Condition
Applicants must be working at or above the level they have been certified for, at the time of application.

CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COOK (COMMIS CHEF) LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Culinarian® - CC®

Condition
Applicants must be working at or above the level they have been certified for, at the time of application.

Applicants who graduated more than six months before the date of their application must be working in the industry as Professional Cook or Commis Chef (or a level above) and will need to provide details of their current employment.
