ELIGIBILITY FOR FAST TRACK CERTIFICATION

Fast track certification is available to applicants who hold a certificate approved by Worldchefs as meeting the certification requirements at a given level (called 'qualifying certificate').

Candidates who hold one of the following qualifying certificates are eligible to claim Worldchefs professional certification, provided that they meet the 'conditions' outlined within each level.

Applicants will be required to present a copy of their qualifying certificate and pay the full application fee.*

*Holders of the WACS Global Master Chefs certification are advised to contact Worldchefs to find out about the special rate they are eligible for. Please email education@worldchefs.org for more details.

CERTIFIED MASTER CHEF LEVEL

1. Achievement of the WACS Global Master Chefs certification

Condition
Applicants must be working in the industry when applying and will need to provide details of their current employment.

2. Achievement of ACF Certified Master Chef® - CMC®

Condition
Applicants must be working as an executive chef or equivalent at the time of application.

3. Achievement of the WACS Global Master Chefs certification

Applicants must be working in the industry when applying and will need to provide details of their current employment.

CERTIFIED MASTER PASTRY CHEF LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Master Pastry Chef® - CMPC®

Condition
Applicants must be working as a head pastry chef, executive pastry chef, or equivalent at the time of application.

CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE CHEF LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Executive Chef® - CEC®

Condition
Applicants must be working as an executive chef or equivalent, at the time of application.

CERTIFIED PASTRY LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Executive Pastry Culinarian® - CEPC®

CERTIFIED CHEF DE CUISINE LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Chef de Cuisine® - CCC®

Applicants must be working at or above the level they have been certified for, at the time of application.

CERTIFIED SOUS CHEF LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Sous Chef® - CSC®

CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COOK (COMMIS CHEF) LEVEL

1. Achievement of ACF Certified Culinarian® - CC®
