In an era where begins a different history of national and world cuisine , our country and the world they are turning sideways good food and good drink from there is born infinite gastronomic concepts and a great need channeling efforts to achieve synergy infinite . ACRA is a non-profit association. In its conception and execution then, the Association was defined as an organization dedicated to developing educational profile, transmit and use knowledge. Its objective is to provide superior Culinary Quality Education, while entrepreneurial leaders for their professional performance in the country and the world form.
