Chef a la Russe – the All-Russian annual Championship of professional chefs teams has been held since 2014.  It's founded by Russian National Culinary Association and Metro CC and endorsed by Worldchefs. The 5th Chef a la Russe takes place on March 21-23,  2018 during Metro Expo in Moscow, Crocus Exhibition Center. This event finalizes the Regional Qualifying Competitions and welcomes 40 teams competing in 10 kitchens in front of visitors. Each team consists of 2 chefs and 1 pastry-chef and they will prepare 5 sets of the 3 courses National dinner within 90 minutes. 


Karelian trout in starter, Brisket of Lamb modern style in main course as well as turnip in desert are mandatory ingredients. Day 3 will be even more exciting because the best 10 teams will compete in a Super Final Black Box right after a Small Black Box competition of 10 Young Chefs teams.  Worlchefs approved judges leaded by Worldchefs President Thomas Gugler are invited to chose the best team.
