2018 China International Top Chefs
Invitational Competition by SIAL will be held in SIAL Exhibition of Shanghai
New International EXPO Center (No. 2345, Longyang Rd., Pudong New
District, Shanghai) from May 16th ~ 18th 2018.
Co-host by World Association of Chefs
Societies?CCA and SIAL China, top chefs from Taiwan, Malaysia,
Korea, Spain, and Shanghai, Beijing, Dalian and Xiamen of China are invited
to“2018 China International Young Chef Challenge Competition by SIAL”.
In order to ensure the credibility of
this competition in the world, judges from different Asian countries are all
top judges of World Association of Chefs Societies with International Judge
Certification. Judges will make rating by evaluating indicators, including
cuisine creativity, cooking skills, utilization of assigned ingredients, taste,
and cleanliness in kitchen. Finally, Special Golden Award and Golden Award will
be appraised according to cumulative ratings.
In this competition, 1 group of
Special Golden Award and 7 groups of Golden Awards are set with bonus of RMB
5,000 and RMB 2,000, respectively.
The competition will be divided into
two days (8:00 to 12:00 on May 17th~18th 2018) with four groups of competitors (2 international
groups and 2 domestic groups)
