Pacific Rim Worldchef member countries do battle to show case their culinary skills against the best of each member country throughout the Pacific.

Each competition category you have the ability to qualify to represent your region in the Global Chefs Challenge and Global Pastry Challenge at Worldchefs Congress and Expo 2018 in Kuala Lumpur and the Hans Bueschkens competitor can qualify to represent the Pacific in Lyon at Bocuse D’or in January 2019.

Local culinary competitions are also linked to this event and these will take place on the 10th and 11th October.

Rules:

Competitors in the Hans Bueschkens must be born after 1 st January 1994 to qualify to compete in Lyon in January 2019.
