The day will be charged at 200 Euros and will include light lunch as well as refreshments.

This will precede ScotHot World Culinary Grand Prix 2nd to 4th March which is also held at the SECC (Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre) by the Federation of Chefs Scotland.

The seminar will be delivered by members of the CCC and will answer many outstanding questions and discuss any issues.

Sunday 1st March will present the WACS Guidelines for Competition and Judges for both Hot and Cold Kitchen disciplines.
Monday 2nd March will be a hands on practical session at the ScotHot competition theatre to assess and then feedback to the Candidates.
