I am the Assistant Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage as well as Culinary for Galaxy Macau. I have a team of 3000 Staff with a Brigade of Chefs which comprise of 552 in the team, 297 Stewards balance being front line Staff. Meal volume is 22000 covers per day and approx. 12000Kg of Food Product being consumed. On top of this we also control Team Dining for our internal guests which represents another 16000 meals per day. Galaxy actively participates in Food Competitors within the region.
