Each country sending a candidate to the challenge may bring one World Chef approved juror from their country to participate. These jurors will not be permitted to judge their own country’s challenges. All expenses for these jurors will be paid by the host country.  Otherwise World Chefs and Claudio Ferrer will identify and invite a world=class slate of jurors.
Official rules and applications are available online and from Chef Claudio Ferrer by writing to him directly. Application guidelines are very specific and must be followed completely in order for the candidate to be eligible to compete. Some applications are due eight weeks prior to the event or sooner.
