Macau Culinary Association update

As you may be aware, Raimund Pichlmaier has retired from the Macau Culinary Association after being its founding member since 2005.  He will still be an active honorary member and will continue to support the new President Perry Yuen and the new Executive Committee.

Please find the updated new Executive Committee on our website

Please join me in congratulating Raimund, for his happy retirement and Perry, our new President of the Macau Culinary Association.

With Perry on board, already we are looking at further activities and competitions that will raise the awareness of the association including planning a Macau culinary team to IKA Olympic 2016, Sending 2 association members to Paris to promote Macanese/Chinese cuisine with MGTO, HOFEX in HK (we expect to send 4 chef), Global Chef Asian final in Bangkok, WACS Young Chef Asian final in Bangkok, President Forum in Shanghai, revamped Macau Chocolate Master Competition, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs ‘Magnificients Chefs of Macau’ Charity Dinner  and International Chefs Day along with our Macanese and Young Chef competitions.
