VIII International Festival of culinary art and service in Ukraine

06-04-2013 The VIII International festival of culinary art and service had been held on the 27-29-th of March at the International Exhibition Centre in Kyiv, Ukraine. About 150 chefs from six different countries, among them Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, France, Uzbekistan and all regions of Ukraine took part in the competition. Chefs, restaurateurs and junior chefs took part in the competition. Competitions had been held in practical categories (The original main dish, the modern dish, the chicken dish, the original dish of fish and sea foods, the ethnic dish, the restaurant desserts, the modern Ukrainian dish, the traditional Japanese dish, Gold Ukrainian Chef of the year, Gold Chef of the year, Chefs Team - Grand Prix), art class and service class. The total number of nominations - 25. Total number of participants awarded by medals - 115.
