China Cuisine Association Delegation Visited Pakistan on Invitation

On Dec 4th, “Chinese Cuisine Carnival – Trip to Pakistan” delegation visited Chef’s Association of Pakistan in Islamabad on invitation. The leaders of CAP and local students warmly welcomed the delegation. 

At night, the delegation visited Pakistan Institute of Tourism, Islamabad. The whole team was offered smiling, flowers and applause from students and schoolteachers. They were wearing chef uniforms and sidelined on the street to welcome the visits by Chinese delegation.

After the welcome ceremony, CCA delegation had attended a conference with Chef’s Association of Pakistan. The Vice-President of CAP Waqar Ilyas Khan gave a personal speech during the conference and in the speech he suggested that based on the close Chinese-Pakistan relationship, it is good to open more Pakistan restaurants in China in order to promote culinary culture for both Associations. Also, both associations should keep the good relationship in tight and looking for further cooperation.

CCA vice president Bian Jiang gave a speech afterwards. He expressed a great appreciation to CPA and showed a full endorsement to CPA’s cooperation proposal. He believed that CCA and CPA will cooperate longer and longer, and the relationship between both counties will go deeper and deeper. During the conference, Mr. Bian invited vice president Khan to attend 2015 WACS Asia-Forum cooperation as a partner member.

At the end of the conference, Vice-President Han showered Pakistan tradition gifts upon Chinese delegation. In return, Mr. Bian presented PCA with Chinese silk and CCA flag.

The Chinese delegation attended school dining and tasted some Pakistan traditional foods with vice present Han. During dining, the host and delegation drink a toast, for the relationship between each association and the successes of further cooperation.
