Inheritance and Innovation World Culinary - Beijing Invitation Tournament

World Culinary – Beijing Invitation Tournament was hold at China National Convention Center. This tournament offered totally four terms of matches including beef, chicken, lamb and seafood. Chefs from China, Australia, Singapore and Spain showed their special concepts and skills and offering audiences a great tournament both visually and tastefully.

Recently years, more and more foreign- style food and brands came to China. It had made domestic food market become rich and international. More and more Chinese people started to consume foreign food such as steak, salad and baked food. This World Culinary – Beijing Invitation Tournament was conforming to tend of the time, in order to spread food culture both domestically and internationally.

Team San Mo Di (A Famous Chinese Restaurant) which leaded by chef Zhao Bin won The Best Culinary Skill Award. He and his team would be invited to attend 2015 World Food Exposition in Koln, Germany. Team Xibei (A Famous Chinese Restaurant Group) won The best Innovation Award and would be invited to attend 2015 Asia Food Expo in Thailand. Team Australia, Team Singapore, Team San Mo Di and Team Xibei won individual award of beef, chicken, lamb and cod. This tournament was sponsored by Lee Kum Kee, COFCO Fortune, Australia Meat and Stock Association, Marine Bureau of Norway, Great Food, TREUR.CHEESE.
